Following is some information that might help answer a question you might have regarding our business. If you don’t find what you are looking for here, don’t hesitate to email me.

Is the warranty still valid if I purchase the product online?

Absolutely! We stand by our products and brand new products carry the manufacturer's guarantee.

How do the postage prices work?

The postage prices for smaller items is shown clearly, this price includes packaging and postage to anywhere in Australia.

For the larger items the postage prices for different areas will be detailed at the bottom of the description. If you can’t see your area there just email us with the product/s you are interested in and your postcode and we will get back to you with a price.
All items are sent with Australia Post eParcel, so the price includes online tracking and signature on delivery for your peace of mind.

What about postage when I am buying more than one thing?

When you wish to purchase a few items you can either go ahead and purchase them and once you submit the order we will Email you an invoice combining all of the products and the total postage before you make payment. Alternately if you would like to have all of the information before making your purchase just Email us and let us know what items you are interested and your postcode and we will get back to you with the price.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Bank Deposit, PayPal or Money Order. There will be more payment options being added over the next short while, so keep your eye out.
If you have a preferred payment method and plan on purchasing from our site in the future just drop us a quick Email and we will look into it at our end.


How are items sent to me?

All items are sent with Australia Post eParcel.

How long will it take to receive my order?

There a two factors to take into account with this
1- Is the product you ordered in stock in your colour etc? If not there may be small delays in getting it in, if this is the case we will Email you to let you know and keep you informed.
2- For items that are in stock it depends on where you are. Deliveries are made each business day, and items are often posted the same day payment is received. We will Email you to let you know when your item was posted. The delivery time does depend on Australia Post and your area, but as a general rule we have always found eParcel to be very fast.

Can you send gifts and do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes and yes!! We are more than happy to send your gift directly and even gift wrap it for you – just let us know when you go through checkout and we will take care of it.

Do you offer a lay-by service?

We certainly do! Terms and conditions and deposit amounts do vary depending on the size of the lay-by. We do ask that if you are wanting to purchase items for a lay-by that you do contact us first.
