Boutique Bubs Privacy Policy

BoutiqueBubs is committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. We do not sell or loan your personal information to others. However, we do use your information to process your order and to provide you with a more personalised service. We may send out special offers to you from time to time, if you do not wish to receive these just let us know.


Our Policy & Product Availability

Product availability is updated regularly, but should there be delays for the specific product or colour you are looking for we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated.


Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Payment

Credit Card: With the support of the team at Westpac we accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments online. If you are not comfortable providing your details online, we are more than happy to process your order over the phone.

PayPal: We accept Credit Card payments via PayPal..

Other Payment Options: W will also gladly  accept Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Orders or Bank Cheque – obviously when paying by these methods orders can only be dispatched when all funds have cleared. Please select your payment method at the checkout. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation.

Unpaid Items – When payment is not received within one week of your order being placed we will Email you. If no response is received and no payment by day 10 the sale will be cancelled and items made available for purchase. (not applicable to lay-by orders)

International Orders:

Boutique Bubs does deliver Worldwide.

If you have any questions regarding international shipping feel free to Email us and we are happy to help with your enquiry. We strongly recommend insuring all items being sent overseas. Please note that if you choose not to insure you goods the risk of loss or damage ends with us when we deliver your parcel/s to Australia Post.

Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a bricks and mortar store. That is why we endevour to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item/s under the following conditions:

 

1. All products must be returned within seven days of receipt.
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. Call or e-mail us and we will organize the return and give you the necessary information.
4. Post the product(s) back to us.

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable. Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package. If you wish to exchange the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage and handling.


Faulty Products

We pride ourselves on quality control and check all products before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, we will replace it. Please call/e-mail to go through the steps in order for this to occur.
Packages Damaged in Transit

Great care is taken when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please note the following: -

Deliveries within Australia: The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post however we do consider any damage to goods on a case-by-case basis.

International deliveries: the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. Unfortunately the longer the distance the package travels the more likely it is to be lost/damaged and therefore we recommend you consider our international insurance option at the checkout.
